Texas LPC-Supervision with me is designed for associate counselors who want more than someone to simply sign their hours. As an LPC-S, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and seasoned solo practitioner, I provide a structured, growth-focused space for you to become a confident, ethical, trauma-aware clinician who can sustain this work for the long haul.

Supervision for Licensed Professional Counselor Associates in Texas is $300 per month ($75 per week) and is paid in full at the beginning of each month. This investment includes weekly individual supervision, access to virtual tele-supervision when needed, and ongoing, practical feedback on your clinical work. Together, we will review cases, sharpen your diagnostic thinking, strengthen treatment planning, and explore how to integrate modalities such as CBT, DBT-informed skills, trauma-informed care, and mind-body approaches into your sessions.

I also pay close attention to your development as a person in the therapist role. That means we will talk honestly about countertransference, burnout risk, boundaries with clients, documentation habits, and the realities of private practice or agency life in Texas. My style is warm and validating, yet direct. I will celebrate your growth while also challenging you to stretch clinically, ethically, and professionally.

Many associates working with me are drawn to trauma, women's issues, veterans, high achievers, or spiritually aware clients. If those are areas of interest for you, supervision will help you build both skill and confidence in serving those populations well. By the time you complete your hours, my goal is that you feel equipped not only to pass your licensure requirements, but to practice with clarity, integrity, and a grounded sense of who you are as a counselor.
